Online booking is only available to returning guests.
If you are a new customer (i.e. your dog has never met us), please contact us to book an initial Meet & Greet. Once your pooch is approved for a stay, you will have access to our online booking system.

New Customer
If you are interested in booking with us for the first time, send us a message. Please do not use the online booking at this point, as this is not the system we use for booking the initial visit.
Answering your questions and arranging a time for a Meet & Greet will be the first step.

Already had a Meet & Greet
If you already came to K9 to meet with our team, you can go ahead and set up an account in our online booking platform.
A profile for each dog attending the kennel needs to be completed, and proof of vaccination can be uploaded online.

Returning Customer
If your dog has stayed with us in the past, you can log in to use our online booking system.
Pick your desired dates from the calendar and submit a booking request. Once approved, you will receive an email confirming your dog’s stay.
